Jillian Wessel
Office Manager
Jillian Wessel grew up in southern New Jersey, where she spent her time performing in musicals, reading, and writing fiction, and watching scary movies.
Prior to relocating to Colorado, Jillian worked as an intern turned Office Manager at Blake-Doyle Funeral Home while attending Mortuary School. During this time, she honed skills like hospitality, accounting, management, and building meaningful client relationships.
When the pandemic reached a peak in New York, Jillian was among those who volunteered to stay in the city and provide support for overloaded funeral workers and grieving families affected by Covid-19.
In 2021, Jillian packed a U-Haul and headed west until she got tired of driving, landing in the Roaring Fork Valley. She currently resides in Snowmass with her two cats, Cobweb and Flossie, and her puppy Ludo; together they enjoy outdoor adventures, good food, and long movie marathons.
Jillian values efficiency, hard work, independent study, and the pursuit of knowledge. She considers some of her greatest assets to be critical thinking, problem solving, trivia, and the ability to tell you where you’ve seen that actor before.
