Paying Homage

The Residences at The Little Nell occupy a full downtown Aspen block, replacing a patchwork of older commercial and residential buildings that reflected the town’s layered development as a destination resort. As a prominent infill project in the heart of Aspen, Colorado, the complex was designed to convey the elegance and sophistication of a world-class resort while honoring the mining heritage rooted in the site’s history.

This example of thoughtful residential architecture blends refined materials, expressive detailing, and carefully scaled forms to complement Aspen’s urban fabric. Both the architecture and interiors reflect a balance between timeless luxury and a deep sense of place, reinforcing The Residences at The Little Nell as a landmark project in the evolution of Aspen’s built environment.

The residences at the Little Nell were honored with a 2025 Hospitality Design Award in the Branded Residences category.
