This top-floor corner condominium project’s scope included a complete remodel, starting with opening up the flat ceiling in the living spaces to create a vaulted ceiling with a wood truss. The fireplace, completely clad in granite slab, was enlarged to include a large-scale TV with a linear gas fireplace below. Bookshelves and a wet bar complete the contemporary feel and design of the furnishings and finishes.
